At CrossFit San Elijo, we specialize in easing you into a new way of experiencing fitness, and you WILL experience lifelong results. Take a moment to fill out the contact form below and let's start this journey by having you come down for a complimentary session with one of our Coaches.
Your session will last about 45 minutes long, and start with a "get to know you" conversation about where you've been, and where you want to go. From there, we'll do a light warmup, teach you a foundational movement, and introduce you to a CrossFit Workout that is uniquely designed to "meet you where you're at" from a conditioning perspective. It's the same workout we introduce to our kids, our grandparents, and our Navy Seals!
From there, we have several options to serve your needs. We recommend a series of sessions, called "Elements," where you'll receive hands on attention from a Coach outside of the normal Group Class where you learn the 9 fundamental movements of CrossFit, as well as enhance your conditioning in a highly coached and supportive setting. We'll teach you how to Squat, Press, and Lift with Sound Mechanics, with an Emphasis on what CrossFit calls "Virtuosity: Doing the Common Uncommonly Well." You'll leave Elements with a sense of purpose for what comes further down the road.
