Attention our Valued Groupon Trial Memberships!: You must make an appointment and attend our Saturday Intro Class before being cleared to attend another Group Class!  Space Fills Quickly! This class is designed to teach many of the movements of CrossFit, as well as assess which class will be best for you to continue in.  The 4:15 PM Class on Tuesday Wednesday Thursday is designed for Beginners, after the Saturday Intro Class is attended.

Footnote Regarding Open Gym:OPEN GYM IS UNCOACHED! YOU MUST BE SELF SUFFICIENT!

Athletes coming to Open Gym should be well versed (can perform with solid mechanics) in the 9 fundamental movements of CrossFit, in addition to the PowerClean/Squat Clean, PowerSnatch/Snatch, Back Squat, and Kettlebell Snatch, Clean, and TGU. It is not intended as a replacement for regular training.
